    I first reached out to Kerry through Zillow for a property I was interested in viewing in November 2022. Kerry responded and we have stayed in touch since. Our search in Annapolis, MD was focused in the downtown and historic areas where the market is very competitive. Kerry was responsive, continuously followed up with information, and provided timely updates to keep us informed and help us make the right decisions. She is honest with her feedback and guidance. After searching and looking at 32 houses and making multiple offers, we finally closed on a home in January 2024.     I was connected with Kerry through Zillow. She was immediately responsive and inquisitive. We met at the first house for a walk-through and I knew she was perfect for me because she wasn’t pushy!! She let me walk the house on my own, without hovering over me and trying to selling me on anything. She totally let me roam and everything was on my time. This continued to the second, third, fourth and fifth places. NEVER pushy. NEVER artificial. ALWAYS attentive, punctual, and authentic. Kerry gave me her thoughts when I asked, and had a very fair and honest stance. Not once did I feel like she was too salesy or had alterior motives. I was a first-time homebuyer that knew NOTHING about buying a house and I am lucky to have had her guidance throughout the entire process. She was literally perfect.
